Join us for the sixth annual Churro Week and celebrate the deep local roots of this livestock, and raise awareness about the importance of the Navajo-Churro sheep and Fiber Art products made from their wool. From October 1 - 7, the Española Valley Fiber Arts Center (EVFAC) is hosting a series of workshops, films, fieldtrips and lectures to teach visitors and participants about the Navajo-Churro breed. Events are held throughout northern New Mexico.
