Saeksinubi is an exquisite 15th century Korean cord quilting tradition. Its beauty is expressed in a harmony of curved and straight lines. This method of quilting creates a rigid textile useful for bag making and clothing applications.
You will create a small piece of saeksilnubi in this class using Korean ramie fabric, cord and a variety of threads. Each piece will be unique and delicate in color but robust in functionality.
Please note, the registration for this class closes on August 25th so that materials can be ordered from Korea.
This class needs ten participants to run, encourage your friends to join you!
