Fall Fiber Fiesta 2025: November 21st-23rd
The Española Valley Fiber Arts Center is proud to host the 13th annual Fall Fiber Fiesta, at the Scottish Rite Temple, downtown Santa Fe! Join us for New Mexico's largest fiber art sale and showcase. Featuring over 40 member fiber artists.
Opening night preview gala: Friday: 4pm - 7pm ($20)
Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 4pm (Free!)

EVFAC Artist Member Shows: 2025
Due to increased participation in EVFAC artist member shows all future shows will now be based on a jury. As you know, our mission is to cultivate and support multi-generational participation in local, traditional and contemporary Fiber Arts. The jury will focus on a combination of member participation as well as quality of the artwork. We strive to maintain inclusivity and foster growth in all fiber arts.
Please note: All show policies are subject to change. Members will be notified before application on all up to date requirements.
Artist show applications requirements (updated 05/29/2025):
Artist Name
Telephone number
A brief write up (120 words or less) of your member participation, highlighting your participation at the center first over the past 12 months, and including your member participation over the years in which you have been a member.
A brief artist bio and artist statement (120 words or less).
A Valid CRS number for vending in the state of New Mexico.
4-6 quality images of your work.
Artist Website and Social Media information (if applicable, not required).
All applicants must be current EVFAC members.
Application opening and closing dates will be announced on this page.
Member Participation for the juried application:
Member participation at EVFAC can include, but is not exclusive to:
-Volunteering at the center, or with the center remotely
-Teaching a class at the center, or remotely through Zoom
-Attending board meetings, or serving on the board
-Taking classes at the center
-Donating your time or goods to the center
-Attending EVFAC events
-Attending member meetings
-Being a long standing member.
In general, we are looking for members who are reaching out and participating with the center through any means possible. This is a member organization, and we need you. We love to see you at the center.
Images of Artwork:
In addition to print advertising, we’ll be featuring artists and their businesses on our social media and in our newsletter leading up to the show(s). To do all of this, we need quality photographs of your work. Professional photos aren’t necessary—cell phone images are perfectly fine. Please take high-resolution photos, using a neutral background with good lighting. Make sure the images captures the true beauty of your work.
All artwork must be handmade fiber art made by the artist member.
All artwork must be installed and set up by the artists (or bring a friend to help you). EVFAC staff will not be able to assist artists with installation and set up.
Artists must manage their own payments.
Artists are not permitted to pack up early. If you pack up early you will not be able to participate in future EVFAC shows.

This is no longer first come first serve, applications will be juried. See above information for criteria.
The space:
24 vendor spots available.
Each vendor has 8’ x 3’ of space.
Form and Fiber will be held in the lobby at DeVargas Mall.
You must provide your own table. All tables must be covered with a matching tablecloth (provided by EVFAC).
If your set-up does not include a table, that is fine, but it must remain within the designated 8’ x 3’ space. No electricity is available at this show, sorry.
Cost: $60, paid upon acceptance.
Vendors may share a table at no additional cost.
Artists must bring their own tables!
Artists must manage their own payments.
All tables must be cleared at the end of the evening, we are not providing security for this show. Please be aware that you must take your items home for the night.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations on or before August 9th: 50% refund.
August 10th onward: no refunds. Because of this short timeframe there are no full refunds.

FALL FIBER FIESTA 2025

Event Dates & Times:
Friday Nov 21: Setup 12-3:30pm, Opening Gala 4-7pm
Saturday-Sunday Nov 22-23: 10am-4pm
Takedown: Sunday 4-6pm (mandatory window)
This is a juried EVFAC member artist show. Your membership dues must be paid and up to date in order to have your application juried. You can purchase or re-new your EVFAC membership here.
Application Timeline:
Applications open: Sept 1, 9am
Applications close: Sept 15, 9am
Notification of acceptance: Sept 20
Booth Payment due: Sept 27, 9am
Booth Information:
Location: Scottish Rite Temple, 463 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Space: 10' x 5' (40 total available)- artists must remain within this booth space for the duration of the show.
Wall booth (with electricity, 20 spaces available): $250
Center booth (no electricity, 20 spaces available): $210
Applicants will select all booth options they are willing to apply for below.
One booth per artist, sharing a booth is allowed, at no extra cost. Shared booth applicants must submit one joint application, see below.
Please note: There is a possibility of an expansion into the neighboring facility, the Montezuma Lodge. This will be determined by September 20th.
Artist Requirements:
Current up-to-date EVFAC membership required.
All items sold at this sale must be handmade fiber art, made by you, the EVFAC member artist.
Artists manage their own payments at the sale.
No early pack-up or you will be disqualified from future EVFAC shows.
Bring your own table and table cloth if possible, only 30 are provided onsite.
