Event Dates & Times:
Friday December 4th: Setup 12-3:30pm, Opening Gala 4-7pm
Saturday-Sunday December 5th & 6th: 10am-4pm
Takedown: Sunday 4-6pm (mandatory window)
This is a juried EVFAC member artist show. Your membership dues must be paid and up to date in order to have your application juried. You can purchase or re-new your EVFAC membership here.
Application Timeline:
Applications open: Sept 1: 9:00 am
Applications close: Sept 15: 5:00 pm
Notification of acceptance: Sept 22nd: 5:00 pm
Booth Payment due: Sept 27: 5:00 pm
Booth Information:
Location: Scottish Rite Temple, 463 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Space: 10' x 5' (40 total available)- artists must remain within this booth space for the duration of the show.
Wall booth (with electricity, 20 spaces available): $250
Center booth (no electricity, 20 spaces available): $220
Applicant will select all booth options they are willing to apply for below.
One booth per artist, sharing a booth is allowed, at no extra cost. Shared booth applicants must submit one joint application, see below.
Please note: There is a possibility of an expansion into the neighboring facility, the Montezuma Lodge. This will be determined by September 20th.
Artist Requirements:
Current up-to-date EVFAC membership required.
Valid CRS Number
All items sold at this sale must be handmadefiber art, made by you, the EVFAC member artist.
Artists manage their own payments at the sale.
No early pack-up or you will be disqualified from future EVFAC shows.
Bring your own table and table cloth if possible, only 30 are provided onsite.

In addition to print advertising, we’ll be featuring artists and their businesses on our social media and in our newsletter leading up to the show(s). To do this, we need quality photographs of your work. Professional photos aren’t necessary—cell phone images can work perfectly well. Please take high-resolution photos, using a neutral background with good lighting. Ensure the images captures the true beauty of your work.
Jury Criteria:
-Quality of fiber artwork
-EVFAC member participation (volunteering, classes, events, etc: More information can be found below.)
We are looking for members who are reaching out and participating with the center in anyway. Member participation at EVFAC can include, but is not exclusive to:
-Volunteering at the center, or with the center remotely
-Teaching a class at the center, or remotely through Zoom
-Attending board meetings, or serving on the board
-Being a long standing member of the center
-Taking classes at the center
-Donating your time or goods to the center
-Attending EVFAC events
-Attending member meetings
Cancellation Policy:
By Oct 30: Full refund
Oct 30-Nov 15th: 50% refund
After Nov 15th: 25% refund
If anyone would like to volunteer before or during this event please get in touch with Pando at Education@evfac.org. We will be seeking someone who is not displaying at the Scottish Rite Temple to be there during that weekend as artist support and general problem solver. We also will need greeters at the door. Please ask your friends if they would be interested in these volunteer positions during the event!
